Southern Gothic, Savannah Georgia

With its live oaks trees draped in Spanish moss and historic cemeteries, Savannah, Georgia, epitomizes Southern Gothic. Almost all of the photos I took in Savannah were also almost perfectly suited to being compelling black and white images. In this series, I pushed the image so they have a painted look.
