Natural Desert Bonsai

This series focus on what I call the natural Bonsai trees on the Utah deserts. These hardy junipers grow on top of the buttes where they are sculpted and twisted by the thermal winds that blast up from the canyons at dawn and dusk. No one has had a hand in shaping them, and they achieve their Bonsai look by responded to the forces of nature.
