Bethesda Fine Arts Festival May 9-10

I will be one of the artists taking part in the Bethesda Fine Arts Festival on May 9-10 in downtown Bethesda, MD. Festival, which runs from 10 am to 5 pm, both days, is centered around Norfolk, Auburn and Del Ray Avenues.

Cuba Series

My latest series is photos of daily life in Cuba as that country faces momentous changes as relations with the U.S. warm. The photos were taken in February, 2015.

Kentlands Arts Festival, Sept. 26th and 27th

The response at the 3rd Annual Arlington Arts Festival was great and I am currently working on a large commission. I will also be at the Kentlands Arts Festival in Gaithersburg, Maryland, Sept. 26th and 27th. The festival will be centered around Market and Main streets in Kentlands and run from 10 am to 5 pm each day.

3rd Annual Arlington Arts Festival

I will be one of less than a 100 resident artists from across the country to take part in the 3rd Annual Arlington Arts Festival from April 18-19. The festival will run from 10 am to 5 pm each day and admission is free. The festival will take place on Highland Street in Arlington and for those using a GPS, the address is 1101 Highland Street. I will be doing this festival instead of the Sugarloaf Crafts Show in Gaithersburg.

New Exhibition

Three of my photos have been selected to be included in the Focal Point exhibition at the Circle Gallery in Annapolis from Feb. 26 to March 28.

I Will Add A New Printmaking Technique

Currently, I create prints of my images either with an inkjet printer or by a metallic paper development process. Most people are familiar with inkjet prints. The inkjet printers I use are high-grade, professional printers that can handle any image 2 feet wide by any length. I will be one of the resident artists at the Sugarloaf Fine Arts and Crafts Festival April 24, 25, 26 in Timonium, Maryland. Location is the Maryland State Fair Grounds.
